Chad C. Lunt MD

Dr. Lunt received his medical doctorate at the University of Arizona and completed his residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC) in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Lunt practiced OB/Gyn in the United States Air Force fulfilling an 8 year commitment. He was Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City, SD and Chief of Ambulatory services at WHMC in San Antonio.

Dr Lunt opened his practice in St George, Utah in 1998. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is married to Diana Lunt and they have 6 children.


Tracy D Kvarfordt, MD

Dr. Kvarfordt is a highly skilled, talented, and capable physician and surgeon with over 20 years of experience. His interests include Urogynecology and infertility such as insemination and ovulation induction for women. Dr. Kvarfordt is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of both the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopy and American Medical Association.

A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Dr. Kvarfordt served a 2 year mission in Uruguay and Paraguay where he learned to speak fluent Spanish. After returning from his mission he attended Brigham Young University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Zoology in 1981. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Washington in 1986. Dr. Kvarfordt completed his residency at Phoenix Integrated Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1990. Practiced medicine for 17 years in Henderson, Nevada and moved to St. George in 2006.


Lisa Borunda, C-FNP

Lisa Borunda specializes in women’s health and the management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). She is passionate about PCOS and advocates awareness and early intervention to prevent long term health complications. Lisa received her RN degree from Weber State University in 1990. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner/Master’s degree from the University of Utah in 2001 and joined Dr. Lunt in his OB/GYN practice upon graduating. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is an ACOG Educational Affiliate.

Lisa is married and enjoys travel, skiing and spending time with her family.


Katie Gubler, CNM

Katie spent 16 years as a Labor & Delivery nurse, 6 of those years were spent managing the Pedicatrics and Labor & Delivery units at Dixie Regional Medical Center. She obtained her Masters in Nursing with an emphasis on Midwifery from the University of Cincinnati in 2011. Upon graduation, she joined Dr Lunt’s practice. She is certified by the American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM).

Katie is married and lives in Santa Clara, Utah.


Elizabeth DeMille, PA-C

Elizabeth DeMille was born in Boise, Idaho and moved to Utah in 1996. She received her undergraduate in Biology from Southern Utah University in 2006 and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University in 2011. She had been working in Family Practice and Primary Care since 2012. During that time, she discovered that her favorite aspect of Family Practice was Women’s Health and Obstetrics. In 2014, Elizabeth was invited to join Dr. Tracy Kvarfordt and his team to focus on assisting the women of southern Utah. She is passionate about providing quality acute and preventative care to women of all ages.

Elizabeth has been on two humanitarian projects, one to Guatemala and one to Indonesia. During those projects she assisted in construction and oversaw the medical care of the other team members. In addition to charity work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time outdoors and loves to camp, hike, and bike ride. She also enjoys archery, sewing, reading, yoga, and cooking. Elizabeth is married and has two children.


Dawn Brannon, FNP-BC

Dawn is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2013. Upon graduation she joined Dr Lunt’s practice. She earned her undergraduate degrees in nursing from Dixie State (1998) and BYU-Idaho (2010). As a nurse she worked in the Labor and Delivery unit at LDS Hospital and Dixie Regional Medical Center, she also spent 10 years in a busy gastroenterology practice. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Dawn is married and is a St George native. She enjoys cycling, yoga and reading.


Tina Fought, CNM

Tina is a board certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Her dual licensure and certification is coupled with twenty years of experience in high and low risk obstetrics and routine and complex women’s health care.   Since graduating from the University of Utah in 1995, she has welcomed over 3,000 newborns into the arms of their mother’s. The miracle of human birth and her professional role in the care of mother’s and families continues to be one of her greatest joys.

Tina has expanded skills and experience in the care of women for routine and complex gynecological services. Her care is extended to teens, women during their reproductive years, menopausal and postmenopausal women. She provides comprehensive full scope midwifery care (care during pregnancy, labor and delivery) with deliveries provided at Dixie Regional Medical Center.
